I’m even later posting my menu this week. And I wanted to get better! I won’t say I’ll be back later to share more. I’m just going to go ahead and do it. Because life gets busy.

Tuesday- Venison Pot Pie

Wednesday-Black Bean Burgers & Oven Fries with fry sauce

Thursday-Chicken Wings

Nothing says fall like caramel apples. I love them!


Homemade yogurt is good for you! We are still making viili yogurt. It’s easy as pie and cultures at room temperature.


We drain the yogurt through coffee filters to make it nice and thick.


We save the whey to make pie or for soaking beans or oatmeal.

A Day Late :)


I am a day later posting my menu than usual.

We started school last Wednesday so our days have been a little busier.

I really want to make it back on here this week to share more with you. I am going to try really hard this week!

Wednesday- Chicken and Dumplings

Thursday- Grilled burgers, baked beans

Friday-Spaghetti, Cheesy Herb Garlic Bread

Saturday-Cheese steak sandwiches, oven fries

Sunday-Pot roast, potatoes, carrots, onions
