We have wild turkey and deer meat! It’s a grocery budget’s dream come true.
Quentin shot two turkeys and one deer last week. We have a turkey and deer meat in the freezer and a turkey in our tummies. I used the turkey bones to make bone broth and have been sipping a cup or two every day.
We have been chipping away at the school year and anticipating Christmas break. Today we saw The Peanuts Movie. Nothing says Christmas like Charlie Brown. Quentin and I even went out to eat last night and did a little Christmas shopping.
Here are some pictures from the last couple weeks. Hope you all have a wonderful week!

That’s great that you saw the Peanuts movie!! My family is hoping to go see it soon. š Is it worth seeing?
The food looks (and sounds!) delicious by the way. š

Yes! The movie was great!
That is wonderful that you have all that meat! A great help to the budget I bet! I could go for a piece of that chocolate peanut butter banana bread! Care to share the recipe?? Love the kitties. Not sure what Coco would think of them! Nancy
Hi, Nancy! I think Coco might have fun “playing” with them. š This is the recipe Madison used to make the bread
