Sterno S’mores Bar

We went blueberry picking today for the very first time with our friends, the Dawson’s.  The blueberries were beautiful and plentiful. Makes me want nice, big blueberry bushes. Not sure that will happen, though, I’m just no good with the weed eater! 🙂 Afterwards, we picnicked at Pandapas Pond and took a little stroll through the woods. Such an enjoyable time!

We made s’mores at a friends house a couple of weeks ago using  a sterno s’mores maker just like this one. You can also make them yourself much cheaper. I really like the one done here. I am going to make my kids a s’mores bar for the 4th of July. Here’s what I came up with.

All done!

So easy!

  1. That looks like fun. Thank you for sharing this fun idea and the links to the other spots. It was fun to check them out. Have a great day. Sincerely, Mommy of two growing blessings & so much more!

  2. Wow, I would have never thought of this. Great idea and yours looks super cute. We had a great time picking blueberries and doing our picnic and hike. Hopefully we can do it again soon. God bless.

  3. Hi Vicki! Well I think Delaware is not a good place to grow blueberries. My plants do not grow well. That is so neat, the s’mores bar. I looked at that link…fancy! A safer way than
leaning over a large bonfire! Andrea

  4. Hi Vicki, Blueberries! Yum, yum! Not quite time here. I still have two small blueberry bushes with not many blueberries on them and lots of grass around! Melissa made s’mores in the microwave and they were really good but you may not use the microwave. We still do. Nancy
