I Love Springtime

Spring has arrived in full force this past week with warm temps during the day and cool nights perfect for sleeping with the window open. We even had rain and a thunderstorm Monday night to help the garden along.

Our jungle is taking shape quite nicely :)

And spring just wouldn’t be the same without new life. We have two chickens setting, and we’re hoping for baby chicks soon. Goat kids will be born around the 14th of June. I can hardly wait!

  1. Sweet kittens! And the dog is cute. That’s the type of place I can find our rabbits running to(where your dog is cooling off). Your gardens are beautiful! I’d say God has richly blessed your land. It seems so miraculous to have such nice warm weather and all the growth! Andrea

  2. Wow, you have a lot going on there. Love all the flowers, especially the azaleas. The cherry tart looks so good I’m drooling. Your fishing trip sounds like a lot of fun. We have good friends living in their camper at Claytor Lake.
    Have a great weekend!

  3. Your Mother’s Day basket of flowers are so pretty. Your other flower beds are lovely also. What a cute picture of you and the fish. And yes that little kitten face is darling! Nancy
