About 25 caramels, unwrapped
2C. milk chocolate chips
3/4 C. Rice Krispies cereal
1 Arrange caramels on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Use the back of a metal spatula or large spoon to flatten caramels to about 1/4″ tickness. Soften caramels in the microwave first, if necessary. Use your fingers to shape as desired.
2 In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave according to package directions; stir until smooth. Add cereal and stir until well combined.
3 Coat each flattened caramel in melted chocolate mixture and transfer to waxed paper.
4 Refrigerate until chocolate is solid.
